To aspro mama nostalgo

“To aspro mama nostalgo” is a musical performance which was occasioned by the release in November of 2018 by Mikri Arktos Publications, of the homonymous first personal album of Christina Maxouri, with lyrics by Eleni Fotaki and music by Angelos Triantafillou.

Old and beloved songs, more recent ones and brand new ones, all of them honest and true to authentic emotions. Revived again under the orchestration of Stavros Roumeliotis (Usurum) they compose an atmosphere which is at times vulnerable and sometimes dynamic.

“To aspro mama nostalgo” was presented for a total of six performances at Stavros tou Notou Club in Athens, in the fall of 2018 and spring of 2019. In between, in February of 2018 it travelled to cities outside Athens, with Konstantinos Evangelidis playing the piano and taking care of the orchestration and Tasos Misirlis playing the cello.
